Firstly, talk to Cassandra to receive her quest.

She'll then ask you to hunt for 10 Spring Flower Petals and 10 Glistening Sunlight. These 2 items are dropped by almost every mob.
And they're easy to get as well.
Once you've collected the required items, head back to Cassandra.
As a rewards, you'll either receive a Meaning of Azaleas buff (2x Mesos drop for 30 mins), Meaning of Forsythias (2x item drop for 30 mins) or Meaning of Clovers (2x item drop for 1 hour) along with some EXP and this ...
The quest can be repeated anytime without any time limit for repetition.
