The event starts on 1st March 2012 and you can obtain the quest from Gaga.

Just talk to Gaga and accept the quest. He'll then ask you to hunt for 10 Mardi Gras Bead Necklace. What is that? Look below.

The bead necklace are easy to hunt and they are dropped by almost every mob! Even those in party quests. After obtaining 10 Mardi Gras Bead Necklace, head back to Gaga to collect your reward.

He'll reward you with a small amount of exp and a feather. Collect 10 of the same feathers and you can trade it for a mask.

This is an example of the feather. After that, you'll be able to accept 3 new quests from Gaga. All 3 require you to trade 10 Green, Purple or Red Feathers for the mask.

This is one of the rewards.
